9-10 R, R-O lights in V east to west at 15 mph. Fr 600 feet by time over witness. Turned 90 degrees (S) with lights chng position. Turned northeast, one light mvd to side, then view blocked by trees. 30-45' long. Steady hum.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One red-orange star, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female 45-year-old witness in a rural area for over three minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
