In Winter 1989 18:30 Salem, New Hampshire, USA 
Driving home from work, object suddenly appear and hover over witness. Beings seen in "windows" appeared to be watching him. Almost as suddenly, object disappeared in the clouds. (25 sec)
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One multi-colored disc, about 20 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in overcast weather by one male 44-year-old witness in a rural area for 24 seconds. No sound was heard.
