Woman driving saw object descend over airport runway, hover, move over nearby hill, then out of view. She concluded psychic interaction caused object's maneuvers.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One gray oval object, about 20 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female experienced witness in the suburbs for over three minutes. No sound was heard.
