Residual Radiation (Form 10) included, showing no evidence of radiation: Santa Rosa Cty Radiol. Off. Carol and Rex Salisbury wrote report. Ed Walters, Duane Cook, and Robert Reid investigated site.
An object was observed. Traces found. One beige cigar-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed by one male 20-year-old witness in the suburbs for six seconds. No sound was heard.
