Glowing red-orange oval followed witness 90 minutes, including two stops and direction changes. Object "almost disappeared" at one point. Black streak with in glow and crackling heard. Object vanished.
An object was observed from a car and photographed. One red-orange oval object, about 80 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in clear weather by two female witnesses, typical age 49, on a farm for 90 minutes (Underwood). A crackling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
