Lights seen 500-1000 feet distant moving in line, with orange light above, ahead and on the same path. Ruled out conventional aircraft, including refuelings
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Two white balls, about 10 feet across, several miles away, were observed in clear weather by three male witnesses, typical age 46, on a farm for two minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
