Witness attracted by humming sound, saw hovering oval-shaped disc with blue beam, puts out street light. Firetruck appears.
A hovering object emitting a blue beam was observed. One orange oval object was observed in foggy weather by one female witness in a city for five minutes. A humming sound was heard.
