County Police incident.
Corrections officer driving, saw oval disc with blinding white lights. Object manuevered, hovered, left rapidly humming. Officer saw auto nearby; witness terrified, disoriented, possible. abductee. Physiological effects were reported. Metallic traces found. One silver oval object, about 80 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by one male 23-year-old witness (as reported to the police) in a town for over one minute. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
