Object seemed to disintegrate in place. Looked like it turned into T.V. static.
An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One multi-colored disc, around 1500 feet away, was observed in overcast weather by one male 42-year-old witness at a lake for 12 seconds. No sound was heard.
