Driving to work, saw flashing, bright blue light approach pass by on driver's side. Light was 10-20 feet above power lines along road. She saw the object only about 15 seconds.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One blue ball, around 300 feet away, was observed by one female experienced witness on a farm for 18 seconds. No sound was heard.
