Ring of light, like hula-hoop.Came in flat, turned on edge, going to the southwest. far altitude. Overcast sky with unknown ceiling. size 5X moon.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One white light, about 20 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in overcast weather by one female 32-year-old witness on a farm for six seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
