Sphere with light on top. Conical from light 1/3 down length, then straight down to tripod-like tail. two legs tipped with red light, one tipped. Hovered with tail down, came with tail up.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One multi-colored cone-shaped object, about 80 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed by three female witnesses, typical age 29, in a rural area for over three minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
