Inverted bowl with dimly-lit brown-yellow glow; size of swiming pool, 24' diameter. Treetop altitude. Claimed to have come within 30 feet of witness while driving. At farm, 300-foot glow may have been shut off when object left.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One yellow object, about 20 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by two witnesses, typical age 29, on a farm for over 60 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
