Clam shell shape, metallic, with two (bluish white)fluorescent lights wide apart in middle. Could not see edges. Guessed to be 100 feet alt; 100 feet away;
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One blue-white elliptical, around 300 feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by one male 62-year-old witness in a rural area for over one minute. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
