Over ocean. Dark form classic elliptic UFO, lights seen around outside...most lights white, but at times seemed to be colors...sort of dancing and flashing. Dispersion by humid air?
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One white disc was observed in clear weather by two female witnesses, typical age 67, on the ocean for 90 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
