In September 1983 22:15 Sarnia, Ontario, Canada 
Couple heard report on police scanner, went outside and saw very large disc at unknown distance. After 15 min, object moved out of view over Lake Huron.
An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One multi-colored disc was observed in clear weather by two witnesses, typical age 49, in a city for over 15 minutes. No sound was heard.
