Witness driving south on highway 169. Stopped car and got out to watch object pass by slowly (5mph) Moved below hilltops, turned northeast and went up over some bluffs.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One multi-colored object, about 20 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in foggy weather by one male 25-year-old witness on a farm for eight minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
