Man observed object hovering 60 feet over vacant house next door. After about one minutes, rotated to point east, accelerated to 100-150 mph until out of view over bay. Wife arrived to see lights receding in distance.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One multi-colored oval object, about 80 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by two witnesses, typical age 27, in a town for two minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
