Looking out her back door, witness saw "plane" not moving for long time. Got binoculars and husband. object hovered and rotated until it disappeared. Same thing in same loc. seen March 24th and 31st.
One white disc, several miles away, was observed in clear weather by one female experienced witness in a forest for over 15 minutes. No sound was heard.
