In Mid- 1966 19:30 Miamisburg, Ohio, USA 
Stopped to turn at "T", saw object in field across road, toward the setting sun, close to the ground. Other cars stopped to watch. It then "began to ascend. It tilted and took off slow."
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One gray disc, about 80 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female experienced witness on a farm for ten minutes (Bowman). A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
