In 1963 Daytime Pocatello, Idaho, USA 
Two Univ. students driving saw object hovering. two military jets approached; it flew rapidly away to line of mountains.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One white oval object, several miles away, was observed in clear weather by one male 52-year-old witness in a city for over three minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
