Nautical UFO. Witness saw object while crossing Miss. river. Watched through binoculars. Object floating on river when first noticed. Water surface disturbed as object ascended.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One gold disc, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one male 21-year-old witness at a lake for two minutes. A swishing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
