In Mid- 1954 17:00 Kaycee, Wyoming, USA 
Driving home from work when saw object about 300 yards away. Stopped within 100 yards and watched for about 10 min, then drove on home.
A flying disc was observed. One blue disc, about 5 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by one male 71-year-old witness on a farm for over 12 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
