Woman driving home with dog, suddenly dog barked and jumped into front seat. She saw beam of light on road ahead. Silver disc-shaped object hovers, metallic, dome. Car slowed through beam. Eyes irritated
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One metallic domed disc was observed in clear weather by one female witness on a highway for over one minute (Lucas). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 334: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
