Shiny circular UFO extracts water from creek through hose 6-8" in diameter. Water was mounded up under object. Electromagnetic effect: two cars stall near bridge over creek.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One shiny disc was observed on a bridge for ten minutes.
