Electromagnetic effect: tractor stalled. Silver domed disc with green windows came over field 70 feet altitude, moved erratically.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One silver domed disc was observed in clear weather by one male 66-year-old witness in a field for over 25 minutes (Coates).
