In late July 1955 20:00 Niagara Falls, New York, USA 
Nautical UFO. UFO rose from Lake Erie, approached picnic in pendulum motion, 100 feet diameter, approached to within 30'. Saw four humanoids inside with white heads, black robes. UFO went over lake, rose up.
A flying disc was observed. It buzzed a witness. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One silver domed disc, about 150 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed at a lake for ten minutes.
