Television interference. Red lights descend near pump house, dog runs off and disappears. Rumor of mothman creature seen by road with big dog carcass.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Ground traces were found. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One red light was observed by three male witnesses on a farm (Morgan; Partridge).
