Electromagnetic effect: engine and lights died. Oval UFO landed, humanoid encounter, engine restarted spontaneously when being departed.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red-orange oval object, about 10 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed by one witness (as reported to the police) and others on a highway (Simpson, D; Taylor). A noise was heard. David Simpson's car engine stopped and the headlights went out when an oval UFO, 12 feet wide by 8 feet high, landed near the car. A humanoid with eyes "like balls of fire" peered through his window. Afterwards the car's engine and lights came back on without his having to touch the ignition switch. No other information.
