Electromagnetic effect: lights dimmed, then engine died. Smell of electrical "arcing", saw glowing white blob hover nearby. It sped away after few seconds.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white blob-like was observed by one male teenage witness on a farm for over three minutes.
