Silent dull metallic saucer with diamond-shaped windows and big red lights crosses Rte. 20, electromagnetic effects: radio screeched, engine faltered, lights dimmed, digital clock setting erased.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One metallic domed disc was observed by more than three witnesses on a road for two minutes (Cheryl). No sound was heard.
