Silent oval-shaped disc with lights around rim turned, hovered over house, vanished as USAF jets drew near. Lights rotated counterclockwise.
An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One silver disc was observed by six female witnesses on a river for two minutes (Moore). No sound was heard.
