Metallic domed disc with transparent dome and aerial, concave bottom, bluish glow, 8m diameter. Hovered 30m above ground, emitted swishing noise, climbed at 45 degree angle moving to west into clouds. Explanation: Weather.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One metallic domed disc, about 40 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in rainy weather by two male witnesses on a farm for six seconds. A swishing sound was heard.
