Police incident.
Police and several witnesses. 30m vertical cone, light, yard trees thrash, all kinds of electromagnetic effects. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One cone-shaped object, about 150 feet across, was observed by several witnesses (as reported to the police) in a residential area for five minutes.
