Police captain followed odd-looking cloud for short while that abruptly disappeared. Sound like "walking on pebbles" or "rattling of sheet of cellophane".
Unidentified objects were sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. Two white cloud-like objects were observed by a male witness (as reported to the police) (Ryan). A crackling sound was heard. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: AN1: Anomalies which have no lasting physical effects. i.e. amorphous lights, unexplained explosions.
