3.5' humanoids with wings, fishbowl helmets, silver suits, black eyes, slit mouths. Floated around room, paralysis, electromagnetic effects, conjunctivitis, ground marks.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Traces found. One object, about 10 feet across, was observed in snowy weather by one female witness at a house for 20 minutes (Hingley). One 3.5-foot-tall winged being, wearing a silver and fishbowl helmet, was seen.
