Satellite object. Disc flies to the southwest, stops close to television transmisison tower. Nocturnal light exits and disc descends to 50m altitude. Hum and whine heard, then shoots away.
Cigar-shaped objects were observed. Two discs were observed at an electric plant for over three minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
