Electromagnetic effect: Radio frequency interference television. three balls of light fly to the southwest in delta formation, two more fly north to south, turn to fly to the west. 8 more seen. All vanish.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. 13 formations of objects were observed by several witnesses at a village for two minutes.
