Double cylinder like tuna can over soup can, made roaring sound, maneuvers around mining area in mountains.
A hovering object was observed. One disc was observed at a mine for over one minute. A roaring sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
