Shot straight up.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One luminous disc was observed by a male witness at a military facility for two minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
