Nocturnal light spirals counterclockwise inward in northwest sky. Descends to lower altitude, rises again, leaves rapidly to the west.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One light was observed by several witnesses at a military facility for five minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
