Round object causes panic. Flies low and slow, shoots blue beams of light.
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. One round object was observed by a male witness at a village for two minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
