Red sphere maneuvers around homes at 25m altitude. Electromagnetic effect: television Radio frequency interference. Had beams of light in front.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and aerobatic performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One red ball, the size of the moon, was observed in a residential area for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
