Classic luminous disc hovers at 1m altitude. two human-like shadows inside.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One luminous disc, about 150 feet across, was observed by two witnesses on a road for over one minute (Atencio). Two silhouetted beings were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 232: Reliable source,secondhand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
