Witness stops car, turns off motor and lights. Possibly felt compelled to do so. Diamond-shaped object hovers and low altitude, maneuvers.
An object was observed. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One diamond-shaped object was observed by one witness on a highway for 30 minutes.
