Domed disc hovers at low altitude. Arcs up into sky sideways with topside showing, rapidly to the east.
A hovering flying disc was observed. One domed disc was observed in a city for over one minute. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
