2m diameter orange disc makes two passes. Makes buzzing sound. Had lights at both ends. Both witnesses' eyes hurt after encounter.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One orange disc, about 10 feet across, was observed by two children in a residential area for 90 minutes. A buzzing sound was heard.
