Luminous 5m diameter UFO follows man at 15m altitude. Had antenna.
An object was observed from a car. One luminous object, about 20 feet across, was observed by several witnesses in a residential area for 200 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
