5m diameter disc hovers near dam. three tall men, 2m in height exit and take stone samples. Guard paralyzed.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by one witness at a mountain for ten minutes (Moreira). Three tall beings were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
