Black sphere becomes crescent. Maneuvers near buildings. Moves to the west and ascends slowly.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One black shifting-shape object was observed by one witness on the shore for two minutes. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
